The user has the option to provide personal data necessary in order to access the services offered.
In particular:
a. for making reservations on San Teodoro’s beaches: email, phone number, social security number (for residents and Tari members only) and number of people;
b. for access to the procedures related to the request for information about the services offered, the user must provide the data necessary for his identification that will enable him to provide the relevant answers.

Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Privacy Code Leg. 196/2003 as amended by Leg. 101/2018, we inform you that the personal data acquired are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner, using paper and computer methods.

Collection of the required data is mandatory for the performance of the beach reservation service, so any changes must be reported immediately to avoid revocation or suspension of the facility.

The lawfulness of the processing lies in the data subject’s express consent to the processing of data for the performance of the contract to which he or she is a party; the processing is also necessary for the performance of a task of public interest.

The purpose of the processing of the collected data relates exclusively to the management of reservations in the Municipality of San Teodoro; therefore, the collected data will not be used for commercial purposes, marketing or otherwise different from the purpose of processing.

The data will be disclosed to third parties for the fulfillment of obligations related to current legislation and municipal regulation. The data may, in addition, be disclosed to parties who may have access to it under provisions of law, regulation or European Union legislation.

Personal data will neither be disseminated nor transferred to a third country or international organization and will be kept only for the duration of the requested service.

The data subject has the right to request access to, rectification and deletion of, limitation of, and portability of personal data concerning him or her (Articles 15-21 GDPR). The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
